(Bethesda, MD, May 26, 2005) – Dr. Diane Colgan, of North Potomac, MD, was elected to the Suburban Hospital Board of Trustees in April 2005.

Dr. Colgan is currently chair-elect of the Suburban Hospital Department of Surgery and serves as a member of the Medical Staff Executive Committee. Dr. Colgan has been a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1976, and she has been consistently named one of the best doctors in the area by the Washingtonian Magazine since 1991. She is formerly the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Suburban Hospital.
