Pre-Registering for Your Hospital Service

Welcome to Suburban Hospital's online pre-registration system. We are excited to offer our hospital patients this option to enhance their hospital experience. To complete this process, you will need about 15 minutes and several pieces of information, such as your insurance card(s), your doctor's name and phone number, and your emergency contact information.

Please note: This Web site cannot be used to schedule an appointment, only to pre-register for your hospital service. Additionally, this Pre-Registration process is NOT for patients of the Suburban Outpatient Surgery Center located on Rockledge Drive in Bethesda. To register for a surgical service at that center, please call 301.896.6700.

Upon successful completion of this online Pre-Registration process, you will receive a confirmation page. Please print that confirmation page and bring it with you on the day of your hospital service.

Protecting your confidentiality and privacy is very important to us. Our online system uses an SSL Web protocol to encrypt your information and deliver it to a secured server for safekeeping. The information you provide during your online pre-registration will remain confidential under the direction of the federal HIPAA law.
