Continuing Medical Education

Continuing Medical Education opportunities are planned and implemented by the Suburban Hospital Department of Medical Education in accordance with the Essentials Areas and the policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. Suburban Hospital is accredited by the Maryland State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Suburban Hospital designates this education activity for a maximum of 1 Category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spends in the education activity.
